Summary0000392: Reporting for ron: no backspace key on some (all?) mac keyboards and delete key doesn't obey keybd shortcut
Description

on mac, inside volume rendering module, in the advanced panel, while editing
the transfer function for scalar opacity, select a control point on widget, press del-key, and nothing is deleted. On Win32, backspace key deletes the point. On mac, there is no backspace. So behavior is not consistent across platforms -- need to determine why (Is this a problem with all del-key shortcuts on mac?) and fix.

On a mac laptop keyboard, you need to use Fn-Delete to do what Delete does on a Windows keyboard.
