Summary0003867: slice gap is ignored on Siemens DWI
Description

There was a change between Slicer 4.1.1 and Slicer 4.3.1, where the gap between slices is now ignored. This occurs in Siemens DWI DICOM in our experience, not GE. Screenshots are attached demonstrating the problem (the voxel spacing is incorrect in Slicer 4.3.1, making the head look squished).

I have asked Jerry to test this one more time in today's nightly because I didn't have time to submit the bug report when he first made the screenshots (attached)

I have realized this is a bug in DWIConverter module, not Slicer core. Updating this to reflect that. The bug is still present in Slicer nightly today (April 8, 2015)
