Summary0003861: ChangeTracker does not threshold correctly
Description

When running ChangeTracker, it seems to fail at the thresholding level.
The segmentation volume is not displayed in the slices when playing with the threshold level. It does work in the 3D volume however.

The problem is that the algorithm reports 0 volume change when using the example dataset.
