Summary0003854: Fix hierarchy node to invoke ChildNodeRemovedEvent
Description

Function RemoveAllHierarchyChildrenNodes and RemoveHierarchyChildrenNodes are not invoking the events appropriately.

In case of RemoveHierarchyChildrenNodes, the call data is missing and the event is not invoked for every childs.

In case of RemoveAllHierarchyChildrenNodes, no event is invoked at all.
