Summary0003790: Dimension is not correctly displayed in Volumes
Description

when loading the image at

web.stanford.edu/~kpohl/blub.mgh

into slicer
then Volumes->Volume Information -> Image Dimension shows 100000 x 1 x 1

However the dimension is 163842 1 1

When writing the image to file using nhdr format the header shows the correct dimension

sizes: 163842 1 1

Details Diff 		BUG: Increase maximum value for dimension widget in volume info. Fixes 0003790

This commit changes the maximum value from "100000" to "1000000'
