Summary | 0003699: Module settings are not restored with SceneViews
Description | Modules like Volume Rendering and Volumes have settings which indicate the "active node". Specifically, there is a combo box to select the Display Node in the Volume Rendering module. Once set, a number of other widgets in the module reflect the values in that display node. Similarly, there is an Active Volume combo box in the Volumes module. Once set, a number of other widget in the module reflect the values in that volume node. These module settings are not stored and restored in Scene Views. If you have a Display Node set in the Volume Rendering module and then take a number of Scene Views, a restore of a scene view "may" not restore the selection of the display node in the Volume Rendering module. This causes confusion to the user and additional user interactions. After a Scene View restore, the user may have to re-select the display node in the Volume Rendering module.
