Summary	0003666: Inverted non-linear transforms cannot be sent to CLI modules
Description	CLI modules always interpret the received transform as if it was "Transform from parent". However, if a bspline transform is inverted (so that the "Transform to parent" is stored in the node) then the "transform to parent" transform is saved to the file that is sent to the CLI. When the transform is saved with a scene it's not a problem, as there is a flag that describes if the ToParent or FromParent is stored in the file. However, there is no such indicator or "invert" flag in ITK files.
