Summary0003642: All CLI parameter's edit box's precision changes while typing
Description

I noticed this on the April 3rd Nightly version of Slicer on Windows 64.

While typing into on edit box of a CLI parameter, the other box's change precision to match.

Steps:

1) Download sample data
2) Select "Gradient Anisotropic Diffusion" Module.
3) In the Conductance edit box type "1"
4) Notice the TimeStep changed from "0.0625" to "0"

@finetjul - is this behavior related to the units/precision patches from several months ago? What Brad describes sounds like a bad regression so it would be good to fix...

I downloaded the night build and the parameters are now behaving as expected when typing in the edit boxes.
