Summary0003622: When VTK OpenGL 3D Texture Mapping renderer is selected, Volume Rendering fails in response to clicking the eye.
Description

In case of any other renderer, Volume Rendering produces a 3D image in the 3D box when the 'eye' is activated. However, when using the VTK OpenGL 3D Texture Mapping renderer, activating the 'eye' does not yield an image in the 3D box. The image only shows up if you click around the 3D box (or other parts of the UI).

Steps to reproduce the bug - Load a volume, select VTK OpenGL 3D Texture Mapping renderer, then in the input Volume comboBox, select the loaded volume, and click the eye button. You will see that no 3D image is rendered in the 3D box.

I have verified the problem to exist on Windows and Mac.

Additional Information

It looks like the VTK OpenGL 3D Texture Mapping Renderer requires two update signals, instead of one, before it can render an image.
