Thanks for reporting this. Can you provide some more details? Specifically, can you reproduce this with the SampleData (say, MRHead)? Does it happen on the first click or only after multiple clicks?

Thank you pieper. I downloaded the MRHead sample data, and was able to randomly click the wand tool in the white matter with no issue. I then went to the "per structure" module, and add structure to do skin, like in my first issue, and was able to click 3-4 times before the error happened again. I tried my initial data set again, and it worked for the first couple of clicks, then same error. It appears then that it only happens after multiple clicks.

Hmm, odd that it's still occuring. djsandoval, can you confirm you tested the current nightly build and not a release build? (the exact version is listed in the About Slicer dialog).

If you want to try the advice from 0003283 then you need to change the undoSize value to something like 1 at this line:

You can find the file EditUtil.py in your slicer installation and edit it then restart slicer.
