Summary0003542: Add a new W/L preset for FA
Description

From Ron:
Add a new "Window Level editor presets" entry to the Volumes module Display widget for FA volumes, with 0.0-1.0 floating point range, and using the colors of a rainbow red to blue.

Steps To Reproduce

Load an FA volume.
Enter the volumes module.
Open the Display tab.
Look for a decent Window Level editor presets option.
