Summary0003398: Allow saving of the markups parameters other than color/font settings
Description

From Nicole, Sept 12, 2013:

  1. Right now I'm using a display node in the logic class to save defaults,
    but was going to expand the code to include the naming and jumping options,
    especially since I need to debug the defaults panel that should be showing
    up in the Application Settings dialog but is currently causing things to be
    reset not set. There also seems to be a problem with saving the 2d
    projection settings that I'm trying to track down.
