Summary0003239: Color Fiber by Mean Orientation crashes Slicer4
Description

1) Load data (load any vtk file as a fiber bundle)
2) Navigate to Diffusion >> Tractography Display
3) Open Advanced Display
4) Under "Tube", click the "eye" to make Tubes visible
5) Click "Color Fibers by Mean Orientation"
6) Slicer 4 crashes and displays the below error message

I cannot reproduce this problem on Windows, it seems to work there with no error messages. Eli, could you try again on the latest version? Thanks.
