Summary0003202: CLI <integer-vector> parameter with a <default> value issue
Description

If I have a <integer-vector> parameter with a <default> value specified I cannot have empty vector, it always makes default value if nothing is entered.

Example: PassLabel parameters in FiberBundleLabelSelection CLI

Additional Information

It seems the issue is in PARSE_ARGS macro, in the generated code.
