Summary0003172: "Help"/"About 3D Slicer" window lacks "OK" button, hanging Slicer under some Linux window managers.
Description

"Help"/"About 3D Slicer" window lacks "OK" button. Without this button, I can't
close the window, as my window manager happens to not decorate this window with
a close button. Alt-F4 closes most windows for me. For this window, Alt-F4
causes the window to close, but the window is immediately rewritten.
This window reports Slicer 4.2.2-1 r21513 .

I am running Slackware64, version 14.0, using FVWM2 window manager, on an AMD Athlon64.

Startup "Thank you for using Slicer 4.2.2-1!" window does have "OK" button,
which dismisses the window correctly.

My apologies if my severity selection is incorrect. I didn't know what "block" means.

Can you try hitting the "Escape" key to close the dialog?
