Summary0003105: Welcome module needs updating
Description

Many of the descriptions on the welcome module are out of date. This should be updated before the next release. Perhaps just "onboarding" the corresponding wiki documentation pages so that they are available when the user is off-line?

  1. Add a button shortcut to the extension manager
  2. load and save: drag and drop for load, single location save, mrb, dicom widget
  3. update of keyboard shortcuts
  4. there is no pointer to the tutorial pages
  5. We should add a link for feature requests and bug reports. We should explain that after filing a bug, an email with a link should be sent to Ron

The documentation page on the wiki should also be updated, in order to be in synch

Also not that the Welcome Module is very slow due to all the html formatting and adds significantly to the startup time. Perhaps it could be refactored to just point to the wiki. Or it could format the sections on the fly rather than when the module is instantiated.

The information should be available when offline. A simple link will not do. Delaying the info until needed makes a lot of sense. All the sections are collapsed by default anyway, so they only need rendering when opened.
