Description

Transfer functions inherently contain spatial information. When applied a transfer function to volumes with different spacing, such info must be preserved.

Additional Information

This property is volume dependent, therefore it can't be stored in vtkMRMLVolumePropertyNode nor in its associated vtkVolumeProperty.
The only place it can go is probably in vtkMRMLVolumeRenderingDisplayableManager. The process of having proxy properties (such as CreateVolumePropertyGPURaycastII) should probably extended and made more generic.
