0002956: color picker initial color is black the first time the color dialog opens
Description
A ctkColorPickerButton is used in the annotations display properties dialog, and setColor is called on it, but when the dialog pops up, the color is not set. The second time the dialog opens, the color is correct.
Steps To Reproduce
add a fiducial point
in the annotations module click on the edit column for the fiducial
click on the color button at the top of the properties window
Additional Information
This happens with the models module color picker as well, it has to be opened twice to get the color on the button transferred to the dialog.
