Summary	0000292: particular xcat file resets the default orientation in slice views
Description	When I load the TumorGrowth-tutorial-data xcat file into slicer 3.2 7-29, the default orientation is reset to axial for all three slice views. This did not use to be the case for this xcat file. closing the scene and loading a different xcat file does not change these defaults.
