It appears that the extra ROIs are created by VolumeRendering (you can test by going to VR and selecting input node -- new ROI will be added to the scene). So there will always be one extra ROI each time I create VR parameter node. I can try to look into reusing the VR configuration nodes to minimize this. I can also assign a special tag to the ROIs I create within the module and restrict ROI selection in the combo to only those I created myself. I will look what is more practical to achieve. |
