Summary0002543: Fiber Bundle to Label Map conversion module
Description

Should be able to trace the path of a fiber bundle and set the corresponding pixels in a label map.

Additional Information

Additional functionality that would be helpful:

  • auto-create a label volume based on selection of a reference volume (e.g. pick DTI or FA as reference)

  • rasterizes all fibers in the scene, giving each a unique number

  • use the cluster id of the fiber to define the label number

  • trace line segments of fiber bundles in case skip pixels in high resolution label volume
