Also, this is the same data as MR Tumor growth dataset (2 images) in "Sample Data" module.

I am not sure to understand. Base on slide 37 of the tutorial (Part 2), I am suppose to load PETCT scene. See screenshot associated with the issue. ChangeTracker is involved in part3.

We should probably update the tutorial and/or provide a link to the data on the wiki ?

Independently of the fact there is a button allowing to download "test data" in the module itself (not obvious to understand they are the data associated with the tutorial), I still think it's important to provide link to the data on the wiki.

JC, sorry I didn't realize you are talking about PET/CT dataset, not ChangeTracker.

I just googled "slicer quantitative imaging tutorial", and the first entry had the link to this:

Both PET/CT and ChangeTRacker datasets seem to be there (at least, the links are).

Part 2:

• Beside of some minor issues in the description of the different steps. Software works as expected:
  • No more "load scene" but "Add data"
  • SUVComputation module has been renamed into "PET Standard Update Value Computation"
  • On slide 44, it's a little confusion to see the color that are later applied.

Linux - Ubuntu 10.04
Part3:

• Going back and forth between Step2 and Step3 created a new AnnotationROI node
• Tutorial is confusing. Looking at Slide70, the user expects the tumor being volume rendered while he is in step2. Is it a bug ? Should the tumor be volume rendered in step 2?

• Tutorial talks about a BaselineROI_segmentation1 whereas only "BaselineROI_segmentation" is available following the tutorial step.

  • On Slicer75, it's not clear what is the meaning of "Scroll through the slices until the segmentation appear optimal". What does that mean ? Are the selected slices input of the next step ?

  • Volume metric changes are not displayed

Seems Part3 of the tutorial (involving ChangeTracker) is not work as expected. This has been captured by the issues child of these one.
