Summary0002430: Models jump around in the MRML tree view when visibility is changed
Description

Deletion of a model node in the Data module confuses the model hierarchies.

Win7, 64-bit, nightly release Slicer 4.1.0-2012-08-18

How to reproduce:

Load MRHead sample
Go to the editor module, draw 6 structures with different colors
Go to the model maker, create a new hierarchy, generate the models
Go to Models
Turn off the visibility of the first listed model under Models (Model_4_connective_tissue)
=> ERROR: it jumps to the second place (below Model_5_blood)
Turn off the visibility of the first listed model (Model_5_blood)
=> ERROR: it jumps the third place in the list

Why do you say it is due to the deletion of a model node in the Data module. I don't see it in the steps to reproduce.

I first experienced this issue when testing model deleting and reported the issue in 0002108, but it turned out not to be related to model deletion.

Thank you it works correctly now. Tested on latest nightly Slicer-4.1.0-2012-10-05-win-amd64.
