Summary0002332: slicer intersection of streamlines has stopped working
Description
  1. load dti data
  2. do fiducial based tractography
  3. turn on tube slice visibility in the Tractography Display module
    See attached result: no slice intersection visible in the green viewer

I tried with a simple model. The problem is on the model rendering not diffusion in particular

I'm not familiar with slice intersection, I believe Isaiah is the one who brought that feature, am I wrong?

I noticed for the streamlines that if I have an unrelated volume (e.g. from a different subject), then the slice intersection works, with that volume being displayed in the slice viewer

strangely, if I load a data set that is unrelated to the DTi data, then intersections are visible.

Once the streamlines are visible, they are visible on the original data as well.

yeah this is pretty weird. i went through same set of steps and got them to display. i think there are some separate issues with the tractography even in 3d. sometimes tubes won't display. hard to reproduce though. i'm away right now with limited access, will try to track it down when i get back on the 12th.
