Description

I request the feature to turn on and off module paths without deleting them. This is useful for juggling/comparing different versions of modules.

Re-targeting for 4.4, it still needs testing to confirm that extensions can be installed without any issue.

There are several other ways to temporarily add additional module paths (specify paths through the command line, have a shell script that copy selected .ini file, etc). I'm not sure that it is necessary to add GUI for this in Slicer - module settings is already quite complex.
