Description

Clicking on first the DICOM button and then on the "Start DICOM Browser" is two click away from the main functionality, users would like it to be simpler and more intuitive.

Now every time one clicks on the DCM icon in the tool bar the dicom browser pops up, even if you are already in the DICOM module with the browser closed.
