Summary0001662: Expand scene snapshot support for more layouts
Description

Currently there's a hard coded list in
Slicer4/Libs/MRML/Widgets/qMRMLScreenShotDialog.h
that lets you pick the full, 3d, red, green, or yellow viewers, but you can customise the layout with a myriad of other viewer options.
Hook the screen shot dialog and supporting code into the Layout manager to provide better screen shots when the user is not using the conventional layout.
