Summary0001640: Data Module: no autoscroll when dragging MRML node
Description

With large MRML tree, selecting a node and dragging it to the top or bottom edge of the panel should initiate scrolling but does not.

Additional Information

tried on stable release 4.0.0 for MacOS. Running MacOS X 10.6.8
