Summary0001632: Slice intersections are not working consistently
Description

The colored lines do not always show up in all slices for 4-up layout.

What is the expected behavior for slice intersections for layouts like 3-over-3?

What should be the colors of the intersection lines? Sometime they are colored by slice viewer, sometime (after I switch to 3-over-3 or into 4-up from 3-over-3), they are in white.

Tested with 2-over-2 layout, line corresponding to "silver" slice appears to be missing. Is this expected behavior that only some slices intersections are shown?

The attached screenshot was taked for r21148. As you can see, there are no "silver" intersection lines on red/green/yellow, and the intersections in silver viewer are silver. Is this expected behavior?

Checked with Nov 25 nightly: in 2-over-2 layout, all slice intersection lines shown in grey, no colors.

Tested with 2012-12-21 nightly build and 2 over 2 layout. Colors of intersections are correct, but the new slice viewer (silver) does not show up as an intersection in the other viewers.

Isaiah - do you have time to look at this? If not we could ask Alex to look at it.

1) Select "Two over Two"
2) Load MRHead
3) Enable Slicer intersection
4) Move gray slicer slider
5) Change layout to "three over three"
6) Moving any of the gray slider work as expected
