Summary0001462: Mouse scroll wheel and file type selector focus
Description

When I use mouse wheel while saving the scene, if I happen to be over a file type selector, it grabs the focus, and I scroll through the file types when I want to scroll over the list of scene items. I just wanted to check -- perhaps it is possible to somehow not grab the mouse focus by the individual items on "mouse over", unless the column/item is clicked?

This was observed on Mac Snow Leopard.

As an alternative, I can disable the mouse wheeling if the combobox doesn't have the focus.

It is still nice to have the scrolling for the list of scene items, so I am not sure this is the optimum solution. Maybe disable wheeling if the combobox does have focus? Likely, scenes on average will have more items than file type comboboxes, that's where wheel helps.
