Summary | 0001412: need dicom offset in DataProbe
Description | Put information about current slice offset as an option in the dataprobe (as a replacement for IJK and maybe RAS too).
Additional Information | Probably we want a settings dialog for the data probe where the user can specify what info is desired and how it should be displayed.

Andras - Thinking about this and I have an idea: I believe that in your definition in IJK space the 'dicom offset' is equal to k plus 1. So we could make the data probe check that the slice is such that it is displaying the volume in acquisition orientation and only then display K+1. Would that satisfy the use case? -Steve |

Yes, it's K+1. The number should be displayed while the slice selector slider is dragged. Ideally the slice number should be close to the slice selection slider, but if there is not enough space there, then the data probe may be OK, too (but be careful, currently Data Probe is empty if the mouse is moving the slice selector slider). |
