Summary0001395: slice glyphs do not scale right
Description

Make slice glyphs visible and zoom in and out. Size of the glyphs seems inconsistent.

Also it would be better if spacing parameter of the GUI was in mm for consistent results (can use same calculation as used in ROI widget to figure out what needs to be done).

Here are the steps:

  • download DTIBrain
  • go to Volumes Module
  • enable glyphs on Red slice (or any slice)
  • glyphs appear in 3D view but not in slice views (they used to show in slice views, right?)

The glyphs on slices don't show up in 2D views if only DTI volume is loaded. They do show up if both DTI and base line volumes are loaded. The scaling seems to work ok in that cases.

Fixed drawing of DTI glyphs on 2D slices. Display manger responds to proper events now.
