I saw this too but don't understand it - first round of debugging led to no new info so I put this on the back burner. May not be included in rsna version (would be a 'known issue').

The original issue with inconsistent visibility was fixed in the ModelSWidget, but then we disabled it because of performance concerns. Isaiah is working on a new implementation that should address the functional and performance concerns.
