Summary0000134: Cannot edit input channel weights on linux 64
Description

The input channel weights are not editable due to a KWWidgets/Slicer3/tcl-tk problem on linux 64 bit. These parameters are important for tuning the algorithm to new images.

Note that putting the multicolumn list box in a non-collapsible frame appears to fix this problem as a workaround. No one knows why...

This has also been reported for some 32 bit machines, so the cause is not a 64bit issue.

=> Now there is no software solution that I know we can put in
Slicer3 to solve 2) and 3), so the solution is to make sure we
emphasize in the Wiki that people using Gnome (especially CompViz)
disable the "Visual Effects" feature if they encounter similar
problems. On Clement's machine, go to "Preferences -> Appearance ->
Visual Effects: set to None". On Killian, "Preferences -> Visual
Effects: disable".
