Summary0001310: the pull down menu called Window
Description

In the top left of Slicer there are a number of pull down menues. The one that is called Window contains 4 entries: Module panel, toolbars, error log and phyton interactor. From an end user perspective, the first three should go under the view pull down.
Also, the error log icon that used to be in the lower right in slicer 3 could be easily turned into an additional toolbar.
The toolbar listing should have something like "reset to default"

Please create a separate report for the error log icon (and more descriptions as I didn't really understood).

Having this become visible when there are error messages, would be a good way to alert users to the fact that something is not working. Perhaps moving it from the lower right to the icons in the tool bars would be a better location in slicer 4
