Summary0001309: Center 3D viewer holding down the shift key
Description

In the slice viewers holding down the shift key while mousing over the slice, re-centers the other two slices. It would be nice from a user-experience point of view to do the same in the 3D viewer.

When placing fiducial we detect the surface under the mouse in the 3D viewer. Can this mechanism be used? It could be combined with a detector which would only accept values inside the RAS range of the visible data or such.
