Summary0001295: Volumes module cosmetics
Description
  1. replace the volumes module icon in the application toolbar in the main gui with a w/l icon.
  2. On first visit to the module, the BG volume in the red slice viewer is selected
  3. The line which contains the interpolate check box could also contain the label map check box (which is now hidden under volume information)
  4. Tighten the presets icons: one row, same size/space/frame as the volume rendering presets
  5. rearrange the elements of the module. See attached mock-up

@Ron: This cosmetic related issue is targeted for 4.4. Should we re-target for 4.3 ? In that case, we would have to re-assign.
