Summary0000118: Identify ITK cvs fixes that should be included in ITK 3.4
Description

Some fixes that have been made in ITK cvs head are required for the January Slicer3 release. We need to identify them so that they can be committed into the ITK 3.4 release.

At this point I don't know which ITK patches are needed -- we should really get the object factory close issue that Bill fixed. Do we need anything beyond that?

Katie found a CPack NiFTi problem that also needs to be fixed.

Problem is only on linux (32 and 64). May be a cpack or ITK issue (or both).

Problem is that cpack fails when packing slicer3 with ITK 3.4 and cmake 2.4.2

Mostly just CPack issues - vtk and itk config file changes needed for Sonias tutorials. Code changes needed for registration have already been checked in.
