Summary0001064: Slicer becomes unusable after changing file type bypassing type selector on Save
Description

To reproduce:
1) load any single volume (eg, MRI Head sample volume)
2) go to "Save"
3) go to field with file name, and change it from MRHead.nrrd to MRHead.nii, hit Enter
4) hit "Save" button

When I do this, I see the warning message box as in the attached screenshot, and after this Save dialog becomes non-responsive to any buttons. If I close the save window, and try again, it is still non-responsive, and I need to restart Slicer. So if I have any work that I need to save, it is lost.

Additional Information

Fixed file type change crash in the SaveData widget.
