Summary0000101: Coordinate systems - Dicom file
Description

When loading the Dicom files of the tutorial-with-dicom dataset (xxx.dcm), the axial viewer displays a flipped coronal image, the sagittal viewer displays an axial image and the coronoal viewer displays a flipped sagittal image.

( Slicer3-2.0-2007-10-14 running on Windows XP)

Need to be able to reproduce this.

Problem was that data was distributed as .tar.gz file, but WinZip on windows will (silently) corrupt the data. It changes the end of line character in a "smart" way...
