ENH: SlicerCPack: Introduce CPACK_NSIS_INSTALL_SUBDIRECTORY

If Slicer is configured using -DSlicer_CPACK_NSIS_INSTALL_SUBDIRECTORY:STRING=Foo
the application will be installed in

"C:\Program Files\Foo\Slicer X.Y.Z"

instead of

"C:\Program Files\Slicer X.Y.Z"
