ENH: vtkMRMLAnnotationROINodeTest1: Add TestGetTransformedPlanes

The expected values have been collected by displaying the plane
properties using a snippet similar to the following:

for (int idx = 0; idx < planes->GetNumberOfPlanes(); ++idx)
{
planes->GetPlane(idx)->Print(std::cout);
}
