Description	Using the latest version of VTK (based of kitware/VTK@6b3c41c). This was observer with or without replacing `QVTKOpenGLWidget` by `QVTKOpenGLSimpleWidget` in CTK Considering that 0004598 is still pending, it is not clear what is the root cause of the problem. That said, I wanted to document my observation.
